11  I ordered a part online and don't need it anymore?
Please double check your order before processing as once your order is shipped we can still refund your order minus shipping. However if the order is not shipped yet (such as ordering at night and we process the orders in the morning), we can refund your money if you quickly leave a voicemail of your invoice number #20000XXXX on our 1-888-377-5454 number we can cancel it for you. Or email us back by hitting REPLY on your invoice.
12  How long does it take for shipping? I living in Edmonton
Depending on the location of the part! Here's an example: Part is in our Vancouver warehouse so shipping to Edmonton would be 1 to 2 business days.Another example: Part is in Vancouver shipping to Toronto would take 3 to 4 business days
13  is the price shown in US dollar ?
Nope we are proudly Canadian! We are launching an American Partshub soon!
14  How to set up a return?
Our customer service reps which you can contact by e-mail or call us 1-888-377-5454 With your order number (#20000XXXX) and we can pull your information easily. Usually you will print a Purolator return label that we will e-mail you with, and then put it on the package and away it goes :) Once the package has been confirmed at our warehouse we can process your return immediately.
15  Do you also paint it for me if i give you the color code?
Sorry we don't offer a painting service due to all the complications of quality and shipping. We always advise the customer since they are saving money by ordering our parts online, the customer can negotiate their local body shop for cheaper labor. Due to a) having the part purchased already and brought to them and b) granted you install the part yourself after they are done painting.
