1  I ordered a part online and don't need it anymore?
Please double check your order before processing as once your order is shipped we can still refund your order minus shipping.
However if the order is not shipped yet (such as ordering at night and we process the orders in the morning), we can refund your money if you quickly leave a voicemail of your invoice number #20000XXXX on our 1-888-377-5454 number we can cancel it for you. Or email us back by hitting REPLY on your invoice.
2  How to set up a return?

With your order number (#20000XXXX) and we can pull your information easily.
Usually you will print a Purolator return label that we will e-mail you with, and then put it on the package and away it goes :)
Once the package has been confirmed at our warehouse we can process your return immediately.
